Jeddah View is a residential complex for families, secluded at 60 meters high above sea level. The land was initially a hill which got demolished and leveled then developed a rugged foundation for construction. It is surrounded between two streets and two hill inclines, giving the complex seclude, safety and great views of the whole city. The project was planned to be developed for our future generations and built to sustain for many years to come. Reliable high end raw materials and equipment have been specifically chosen for that purpose. The outcome is a 5 residential buildings, large parking and common spaces capable of housing around 73 families with comfort. It includes floor plans ranging from 75 sq meters to 350 sq meters. Phase 1 of the project has been completed during 2018. It consists of 4 duplex villas ranging in sizes between 704 meters squared to 783 meters squared. It is location in Al-Madinah Al-Monawara, around a 15 minutes drive to the Holy Mosque. The location and living space are two jewel to this project. It was designed to comfortably reside a family of up to 12 in each villa, enjoying the luxury of an indoor swimming pool, a large play room and ready for solar power systems synchronization. The project is owned and managed by Rikz International.
Al-Nakheel Housing Community Infrastructure
Rikz built the full infrastructure network of an 87 Acres parcel of land in Jeddah. Including roads, sidewalks, electricity, telephone, streets lighting, landscaping, water, drainage and sewage. Al-Nakheel housing community consisted of a large plot of land which was divided into 430 plots for single houses. Project was completed and our executives separately sold all villa.
Corporate Offices Building
A full construction project of a three stories offices building including landscape and parking lot. As per customer scope of work requirements, Rikz utilized high end power and sun light distribution systems. The facility operations serve 250 major whole sales companies, Rikz is proud to have been the company of choice in which its endeavor supports the local business community.
Radif Village Infrastructure
Abha's known rough topography makes it a special place for construction and developers to tackle. Early in Rikz career, it successfully completed the underground infrastructure of Radif Village. The project included construction of a full infrastructure network of a 160 acre parcel of land. Including Plots division, plots registration, Pavement, Road Structuring, Hills leveling, Rain Water Management Systems, Water and drainage network.
Saudia City Redevelopment
Rikz sold a real estate redevelopment concept to Saudia Airlines, in which included an engineered to perfection business and investment model. Rikz served as a real estate consultant to redevelop the Saudia City hostess housing compound, towers and multi-mix use buildings.
